I have been coming to Seward once a year for many years and always try to get a room at East Hill. The gals at the front desk are helpful and happy to see me again. How they remember me....I really don't know. It's clean, handy, parking is plentiful and the rooms have everything you could possibly want/need. (Fridge, microwave, ironing board, hairdryer, coffeemaker) I think there were 5 lamps or lights in my room!!! I really liked that as I usually dont have enough lights to suit me when I travel. The breakfast is more than I would expect. I had a cheese omelette last time! The folks that run the place have become a welcome sight at the end of a day of traveling, almost like old friends. The price is also fantastic!

The super sweet lady at the front desk was so helpful. You can't beat the price for the room especially with pets. Very clean nice room. I couldn't have asked for more. I was expecting donuts & muffins for the continental breakfast but wonderful hot foods & fresh fruits. I have not any complaints. That will definitely be our stop over when we travel again

Every time we go to Seward we stay at the East Hills Inn & Suites. We like supporting the local businesses. This hotel is run by a hard working family and they do a good job. The room is small but it is clean and well kept. It is quiet and everyone is extremely friendly. If your trip to Seward is related to Concordia University it is about 3 minutes away.

Great find, wish we had known about this gem our first couple of trips to Seward.  East Hills is VERY clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a nice perk. Customer Service is top-notch. It has everything we need for a week-long stay. We will stay here again!

We had a delightful experience staying here. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff/owner/manager was warm and welcoming. Our continental breakfast was just right!  Located on the east side of Seward, this motel offered easy, quick accessibility to Concordia University.

Nice family run motel in Seward. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with several pillow options. Priced right, friendly service, and great little breakfast. Can’t hear the neighbors or the traffic and most rooms have a pull out couch or chair. Stayed their twice now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when going through this part of the country. Absolutely a four star for rural Nebraska.

Cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Got a great night's sleep. Front desk especially helpful. Bonus hot continental breakfast. Great value for room rate. I will try to stop here again when passing through.

Originally booked our stay at another facility in Seward which turned out to be the most disgusting hotel you can imagine. Couldn't stay there more than an hour and in our desperation, the staff here immediately accommodated us with a wonderful suite ( with a jacuzzi tub!). It's an older place but has been totally renovated. Comfortable, clean, very very nice. Will always stay here when we return to Seward and recommend you do the same.
